1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orkestrix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Orkestrix is a native macOS application that provides a graphical user interface for managing containers using Apple's containerization technology introduced in macOS 26 beta. The App requires:

• Mac with Apple silicon (M1, M2, M3, or M4)
• macOS 26 beta or later
• Orkestrix subscription for full functionality

3. Subscription Terms

Orkestrix Subscription

• Monthly or annual subscription available through the App Store
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase

Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a free trial period
• Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled before trial ends

4. System Requirements

Orkestrix requires:

• Apple silicon processor (Intel Macs are not supported)
• macOS 26 beta or later
• Apple's container CLI tool (available separately from Apple)
• Active internet connection for subscription verification

5. Intellectual Property

• Orkestrix and its original content are owned by Orkestrix and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• Apple, macOS, App Store, Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Privacy and Data

Orkestrix:

• Access data stored by Orkestrix on your Mac
• Does not transmit container contents to external servers
• Requires subscription verification through the App Store

7. Beta Software Disclaimer

Orkestrix is designed for macOS 26 beta software. Beta software may:

• Contain bugs or errors
• Change functionality without notice
• Cause data loss or system instability
• Not represent final product quality

8. Limitation of Liability

Orkestrix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• System damage or instability
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Compatibility issues with future macOS versions

9. Support and Updates

• Support is provided through our support email
• Updates are delivered through the App Store
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to Orkestrix if:

• You violate these terms
• Your subscription expires or payment fails
• You use the App for unauthorized purposes

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
